Home School Days

Hello Lea County Homeschoolers! The staff of the Western Heritage Museum is so excited to announce Home School Days on April 16th, May 21st, August 20th, September 17th, and October 8th, tied to our newest exhibit, Prometheus in the Desert: The Manhattan Project and the Dawn of the Nuclear Age! On each Home School Day, the museum will have age and grade appropriate guided tours and activities based upon the history and science of World War Two and the Manhattan Project.

These events are FREE and open to all ages and grades, so all students are welcome to participate! We look forward to seeing you there!
