We are ready to get out of the studio some and soak up that sunshine. Join us every other Saturday in the soft white sand for beach yoga! We will stretch, get some Vitamin D and soak up the sounds of the waves that remind us to inhale and exhale. It will be fun, so bring a towel, water, and a friend!
Park in the parking bay across from Beau Clair condominiums on the beach towards the far East end. We will meet on the east side on the beach near the firepit. It will be directly south of West Avenue in Long Beach.

$15 nonmembers. You must go to onezenwellness.com and first purchase a membership or Beach Yoga pass, then you can go to the schedule to select the class you want to register for.
If it is inclement weather, the class will be moved back inside to OneZen Wellness studio at 6121 Beatline Rd, Ste 104 Long Beach, MS 39560
Check your email the morning of class in case it has to be moved. You will receive an update in location change. No refunds.
