Monthly Graveyard Visit

A monthly visit (every 3rd Saturday) to the cemetery to pray for our brothers and sisters who have passed on. A brothers (and sisters) event which will start at fajr prayer, followed by a review of etiquette for visiting the graveyard yard, and then followed by a breakfast.

Ibn Mas’ud رضي الله عنه reported: The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said, “I had prohibited you from visiting graves, but you may visit them now. Verily, they will weaken your attachment to the world and remind you of the Hereafter.” [Sunan Ibn Mājah]
