Continuing our countdown to Jazz at Johnstown, June 20-22.
John Keogh and Matthew O’Connell of 2 Guitars make a welcome return to Jazz at Johnstown. This year they will showcase original material while also providing a special 2 Guitars overhaul of some popular classics by the likes of James Taylor, Bon Iver and Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
Saturday and Sunday daytime admission is free for Irish Heritage Trust members meaning you get to enjoy free gigs happening around the estate. Otherwise, normal admission charges apply.
There are two brilliant ticketed evening concerts this year: 'With The Beatles' - the Scott Flanigan Trio on Friday, June 20 at 8 p.m. (tickets now on sale) and the Jay Azzolina Trio, June 21 at 8 p.m. (tickets on sale from June 01). Book at www.johnstowncastle.ie or tel 053-9184671.
