History You Can Taste Class

Start off with a lesson on the evolution of root beer that includes our own hometown root beer hero, Dorothy Molter, and end with root beer sampling and instruction on making your own homebrew.

Each participant will make and take home 32oz of root beer, and take home the leftover ingredients from the provided kit.

This class is held at the Ely Folk School at 209 E Sheridan Street and includes free admission to the Museum.
