- Yoga Nidra: Master the art of deep yogic rest to restore body and mind.
- Meditation: Learn a structured system of techniques for cultivating awareness and inner calm.
- Kaya Sthairyam (Body Stillness): Develop physical steadiness as a foundation for meditation.
- Pranayama & Breathwork: Explore powerful breath practices to energise, balance, or calm the nervous system.
- Mantra & Japa: Use sound and repetition to anchor the mind and uplift consciousness.
