Engaging in artistic and creative emotional release promotes wellbeing, emotional grounding, and spiritual connectedness.
Join us every 4th Thursday for this very special workshop that uses ART as the tool to obtain better spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
No artistic skill is necessary. All supplies are provided.
This creative healing class will start with a short meditation, followed by a prompt . In response to the prompt, participants then will express their feelings, thoughts, reactions, through painting, drawing, collage, etc. There will be an opportunity to discuss your experience with the group.
