Reiki Chakra Refresh Class

A guided class working through each chakra to clear stagnant energy & restore balance. $10 a class.

All sessions are approximately 1 hour long and bottled water will be provided. Yoga mats are highly recommended.

Please bring your meditation cushion or yoga mat. There will be new cushions and mats available for purchase if you do not have one. For hygiene purposes, yoga mats will not be provided.
