Beginners Aerial is for those new to aerial yoga. You will learn the basic wraps and postures so that you can invert, fly, and flow. We will use the hammock to keep alignment, build strength, and increase flexibility.
We suggest attending a minimum of 3 Beginners classes before moving into a Level 1 or 2 class.
