Community Diabetes Support Group

Meet other members of our community who have Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes as well as their friends and family, and share successes and experiences regarding diabetes care.

Support group is led by a member of the Grand Itasca Diabetes Team and meets the 4th Thursday of every month from January-October in the Active Living Center Classroom at the YMCA
