The Adult CPR/AED and First Aid course will certify successful participants in CPR, AED use, and Basic First Aid through the American Red Cross.
This course is blended, and will have an online portion completed prior to participating in the in person class.
In class, we will review content from the online portion as needed, and focus our time on practicing the skills needed to be prepared in an emergency situation!
This event is open to the public. You do not need to be a member of Juggernaut Fitness to participate. Only 10 spots available. Register using the ticket link.
