Cooking camp: African and Caribbean Fusion, Newton & Groton

This week shines with so many delicious flavors that have fused together in the Caribbean. African influences blended with indigenous and Spanish traditions are unequivocally delicious: chicken and rice, plantains, beans of all kinds, puddings and sugary desserts.

This week of camp is meant to build from Mon-Fri and through hands-on, confidence-building experiences and bring cooking alive for our campers.
