2025 Mind over Miles 5k Run / 1M Walk

Join us for the Third Annual Mind Over Miles Race!

The Mind over Miles 5K Run and 1M Walk brings together runners, walkers, businesses and community partners. This event provides support that makes a significant difference in the health our community.

Registration/Packet Pick Up - 8:00am
5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk- 9:00am

5k Run and 1 Mile Walk ($25/person) until 11:59pm on Saturday August 9, 2025

All mailed entries must be received by Wednesday, August 6th, 2025. Make checks payable to Hermes Sports & Events and mail entries to:

Participants receive a short-sleeved t-shirt and post-race refreshments.

Top Overall Male and Female
Top 3 Male and Female Age Group Winners in the following age groups:
0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

*Dogs are allowed but we ask that you line up in the back and have a short leash.
