Run Your Mouth 5k Race/Walk and Kids Dash

Join us for the 5th annual Run Your Mouth 5k Race/Walk. This year, we are continuing the Kids Dash and Group Competition. All registered kids ages 9 and under will receive an award for participating. The group that raises the most money for Bristol Regional Speech and Hearing Center will receive special recognition.

The event will begin and end beside the Splash Pad, so participants are welcome to stay and hang out there while enjoying breakfast compliments of Chick-Fil-A!

Age Group awards will be presented post-race and door prizes will be announced at that time. Winners must be present to win door prizes.

For those who will be with us in spirit, but unable to attend in person, please select the virtual option in registration. Virtual participants won't be eligible for medals, but will be guaranteed a shirt if registered prior to August 7.
