Join POUND Pro, Heather Young, for a FREE 45 min jam session where you become the rock star! POUND is a rockout workout using lightly weighted Ripstix to the beat of some amazing tracks! You are in control of your workout, so this is a perfect format for all fitness levels. There are many ways to modify and to crank it up a notch if that is your jam!

What to know:
-Ripstix are provided
-Signed waiver required to participate
-Minors must have parent or guardian signature
-Event is held outside so plan accordingly
-Water bottle, yoga mat, and comfortable clothing is recommended

POUND is offered every Tuesday at 4:30pm and Saturday Sessions at 9am at Young Fitness 1111 E. Wackerly St, Midland 48642
