Create sparkling glass pendants and work with the most expensive glass made to create small works of art!
Teaches fusing techniques for working with three or more layers of glass and properties of dichroic glass.
You will work with several different types of glass such as CBS Dichroic in clear and black along with Oceanside/Spectrum or Bullseye glass, stringers and frit in 96 COE or 90 COE.
Kiln firings can be demonstrated during class upon request to allow students hands on experience with kilns.
Four jewelry pendants are included in the class fee. Each additional pendant is $10 extra.
Jewelry created during class will be fired after the class concludes and each student is required to return the following week to attach hooks to the fired pieces.
Glass, supplies and tools are provided for in studio use only. All are available for purchase to take home for personal use.
