Joyful Embodiment is a workshop designed to awaken the inner spark of devotion and delight through the sacred integration of movement, mantra, and mystic energy healing.



Guided by Kishori Gopi (Kelly Skinner)—Bhakti yogini, Reiki Master, spiritual teacher, and end-of-life doula—you will be gently and powerfully led through an immersive experience that honors all layers of your being: physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.



In this 2-hour sacred container, you’ll be invited to:

-Move through a soulful, heart-centered asana flow to soften the body and open to grace

-Explore timeless spiritual philosophy and teachings of the soul’s eternal nature

-Engage in sacred mantra chanting and kirtan to elevate your spirit and connect to Source

-Receive Reiki-infused energy healing and guided practices to clear stagnation and restore vitality

-Participate in embodied ritual to invoke joy, devotion, and deeper inner alignment
