USA Taekwondo is excited to bring the Regional Poomsae Development Camp to Ocala! Open to athletes of all belt levels, this two-day camp will help you build and refine your poomsae skills from the ground up.

What to Expect:

Step-by-step instruction in foundational stances, kicks, and hand techniques (Saturday)
Training on performance essentials: rhythm, speed, power, and energy expression (Sunday)
Expert coaching from top instructors
Camp Instructors:

Regional Head Coach Angelito Ong (USATKD National Poomsae Team, 2024 World Championship gold medalist)
Assistant Coach: Moon Seok Kim (The Kick USA Taekwondo)
