Challenges for Children Affected by Alcohol During Pregnancy
Advertisement
A workshop for Berkshire and non-Berkshire parents/carers.
Drinking alcohol during pregnancy can cause a womanβs baby to be born with a wide range of physical, behavioural and learning difficulties. They may not be detected at birth but can become apparent in later life and carry lifelong implications. Many children born with Foetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) are not diagnosed correctly, their struggles may go unnoticed, and they may not receive the support they need.
An additional family member may attend for free with a paying attendee when joining from the same PC/laptop. You only need to book one ticket as there is space on the booking form to note the additional attendee.
