Join us for a two-hour workshop study of the human chakra system.
Chakras are energy centers of the body that relate to internal organs near them.
We discuss each of the seven chakras, starting with the crown chakra at the top of the head, the mindβs eye in the middle of the forehead, the throat chakra, the heart, and the solar plexus, and ending with the root chakra located at the base of the body.
Students will learn about reading the chakra system, why the chakras are important, and different methods for dealing with overactive or underactive chakras.
