Looking for a fun and supportive way to help your little one learn to ride? Big Skills for Small Bikes is a relaxed and friendly course that gives parents, carers and kids the tools to ride together with confidence!
This beginner course is perfect for children aged 3β8 years who are just starting their bike journey and for the grown-ups who want to guide them along the way. No previous experience needed, just a willingness to learn together.
π Everyone is welcome
π§ Each child needs their own balance or pedal bike and an Australian-standard helmet
π¨βπ©βπ§ Adults participate alongside their children β no bike needed for grown-ups
π« Max 2 kids per adult, and each child needs their own ticket
The course is based on a fun, proven curriculum developed by a Cycling Australia coach and is designed to build your confidence as much as your childβs. Youβll leave with lifelong skills to keep the bike riding going well beyond the course!
