In this introspective Breathwork® journey, we'll use a circular, coherent breath pattern to help you release what no longer serves you. Whether it's stress, emotional blocks, or tension you can't quite name, this is your time to exhale the old and welcome in the new.
Session 2: Chromatherapy Sound Bath for Integration
After the breathwork, sink into a restorative sound bath enhanced with chromatherapy (color therapy) designed to soothe your nervous system and integrate your experience. Let the vibrations wash over you, bringing clarity, balance, and peace. (Not safe if you have Pacemaker or Insulin Pump. Check with a dr. if you have metal inside your body.)
