Do you struggle with lower back pain? Or maybe you're simply looking for more energy in your daily life? Join Joe for a Six-Week Workshop Series designed to support your low back and recharge your body from the ground up.


We'll focus on two key areas:

- Foundational Knowledge: First, we will learn the anatomy and physiology of the lower body, and explore alignment practices that support the low back and hips.

- Energy Building: Then we'll strengthen and activate what I like to call the battery of the lower body, your energetic power center.
This series is all about building education, life force, and fun around the human body.

All levels are welcome.
