Join Angeleah on an explorative workshop diving into the in’s and out’s of Arm Balance Practice. This 2 hour workshop will give you the tips and tricks you need for a sustainable arm balance practice in class or at home!

This Arm Balance workshop will begin with grounding and a short flow to warm up the joints and muscles. We will then move onto our first round of Arm Balances including Crow and variations and Flying Lizard and Pigeon. Moving on to some gentle wrist stretches and a short flow to bring balance back into the body. Then, we will finish off class strong with core and back body work moving into Forearm balance and Handstand practice. Class will end with a gentle cool down flow, fascia release and savasana with oils and adjustments.

June 21st, 2pm-4pm

What to Bring:

- Comfortable clothing
- Water bottle
- A yoga mat - we have a few to lend but please bring your own if you have one!
- Props -we have some props if you do not have any
- An eye pillow (optional)

Doors open at 1:45pm. Please try to arrive no later than 1:55pm as we lock the doors at 2:00pm.

$40 for Non-Members, $30 for Members
