Aug 20 - Oct 2: Fundamentals of Baking. Wed and Thurs 5:30-9:30 pm (workforce class that could be used for BKP 101 and 102 credit towards a degree or as a prerequisite). This course introduces basic baking techniques. Students will learn scaling, mixing and baking of quick breads and yeast doughs. Scholarship funds available.
