Yoga & The Nervous System Weekend Workshop Course

This weekend workshop is a deeper dive into yoga beyond asana. We will explore yogic philosophy and how this ancient wisdom mapped out and addressed what we know of the nervous system today.
$380 - Includes afternoon tea
Explore the 8 limbs of yoga and the direct parallels to the modern day lens of polyvagal theory, neuroscience, and trauma.
We will weave in embodied practices with discussion on culture, history, and science. You will leave with an individualised yoga practice to address your own unique nervous system.
This two-day workshop will be led by Raquel Minh, Kanuka Yoga Space studio owner and Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator, alongside Asrita Singh, a registered counsellor trauma-trained specialist with a diploma of Yoga Teacher Training. She brings her ancestral knowledge of Indian heritage.
