Infinity Farm Intermediate Rider August Dressage/2-Phase Show Camp

Infinity Farm will be having an Intermediate Rider Dressage/2-Phase Show Camp August 11th -14th near the shores of Branns Mill Pond in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine.. Camp will run from 9:00 - 4:00 each day and is appropriate for riders ages 8-17 who can tack up independently and are comfortable at the walk, trot, and canter or are beginning to canter. Campers will ride twice a day and will also receive instruction in horse management, tack cleaning and maintenance, appropriate riding attire, etc. Dressage/2-phase camp will focus on the aspects of the Dressage test and 2-Phase event, riders will learn a dressage test and jump a ground pole or appropriate jump height course. The campers will learn how to prepare for an actual show and participate in our Dressage/2- phase show on August 14th, the camp cost includes instruction, show prep, show registration, school horse costs and additional coaching on show day. Campers will need to bring snacks, lunch, plenty of water, and appropriate clothes for riding and the weather; boots with a heel or sturdy shoe, and helmet (we can provide helmet if needed). Campers will be assigned to the appropriate instructors based on skill level. The fee for camp is $450 with a $225 deposit to be paid at the time of registration in order to secure your camper's spot.
