Powerlifting Meet

Open to all High School Athletes - Will compete in the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift events just like the Louisiana High School Powerlifting Asc.

Required /Accepted gear - Single /Tshirt w/sleeves/Belt/Wrist wraps, Knee Sleeves/Deadlifting Socks - Proper undergarments for lifters in LHSPLA competitions
Medals 1st-5th place both Boys/Girls
Placing based on P4P ranking system: Lifter fee $20 per lifter
Spectator Gate Fee: $10/12 & under free
