Join us for a heart-centered day of restoration, connection, and ceremony.
Whether you're a Reiki Master or a Level 1 or 2 practitioner,( all lineages welcome) this day is an invitation to deepen your practice, recharge your spirit, and reconnect with your community. Layering Love is the intention weβll carry through our Reiki-infused practices, nourishing movement, soulful sharing, and quiet moments of integration. This day retreat is an invitation to soften, open, and reconnect β with self, community, and the sacred.
Our day will include:
Opening & closing circles
Reiki sessions & teachings
Gentle yoga
Heart Centered Hypnotherapy with Carol
Sacred Stations
Guided Reiki Experiences & Meditations
Nourishing lunch & dessert
Rest & Explore Options like tarot readings with Michelle, sacred stations and reiki sessions
A lovingly curated goodie bag
Access to sacred spaces for quiet reflection and journaling throughout the day
A Love Note Ritual As part of our Layering Love theme, each participant will be invited to write a handwritten love note to a fellow Reiki practitioner attending the retreat. You wonβt know who itβs for β this is an intuitive practice in channeling care, compassion, and healing energy. Notes will be randomly shared at the end of the day as a surprise offering of kindness and connection.
