Neon Sunset Roll Out

Join experienced street skater Jirsa exploring Las Vegas downtown for a beautiful sunset skate.
Be ready to roll at 3rd & Ogden at 8pm. We'll do a quick all-levels roll around parade that starts & ends at the Neon Welcome Party. Let's show Las Vegas how we roll!
Then at 8:30, we'll do an intermediate skate to the Strip and maybe we will make it to the Sphere. You can drop out anytime and grab a rideshare, or make the long loop.
Lights, safety gear, neon and retro-reflective clothing optional but recommended, drinking water and a skate buddy - absolutely mandatory! Sunset is at 8pm, so don't be late. Meet at 3rd and Ogden ready to roll out. 100% skate at your own risk.
Jirsa is an old blue-haired derby veteran who started rolling around sidewalks at the tender age of 5 and still roller skates everywhere all the time. Her passion is exploring cities on skates and gathering skaters for roll outs! Like RollerCon, this is her 20th year of Roller Derby and a lucky 13th year at RollerCon!!! Jirsa is also an established oil painter in the Bay Area and paints what she sees in vivid color. She has been painting live at at RollerCon since 2011. You can find her plein air paint setup in the Expo if you look hard enough, too. Stop by and say hi!
