Our first 9 months of our life, everything is being done for us... We are in our Mothers Womb and our food, air and functions are all taken care of.

We then come into the world and that in itself is traumatic for most... Warm, safe, nurtured to be then thrust into a world of noise, chaos, harsh growth and lessons.

We then tend to find that we lose our true self on that journey as others add to our life and we become conditioned to believe we have to be something / someone else to exist.
