Contemporary Floor Flow - Beginning/Intermediate

Join us for a beginning/intermediate level contemporary floorwork flow class! During the workshop students will work on finding their own style within the choreography while moving in and out of the floor. If floor work is intimidating for you, no worries! There will be options on ways to move through the choreography that work for every person’s body.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Darcy Rust is a graduating senior at the University of Oregon getting her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance. She has grown up surrounded by theatre and dance and is excited to continue to be in that world as a profession. Throughout her life she has studied jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, modern, and contemporary. She currently teaches Musical Theatre for Adults at Dynamic Dance in Springfield and choreographs around the Eugene area. Darcy loves working with the next generation of dancers to discover who they are as artists and people. She hopes to help shift the dance industry into a safer, more accepting place.
