Art Class: Exploring Color Theory Through Watercolor

Learn how to apply color theory in watercolor painting while taking inspiration from summer exhibitions Sam Gilliam: Printmaker and Let’s Have a Talk: Black Artists from the CMA Collection. This class focuses on getting comfortable with fundamentals like mixing colors, brush technique, composition, and drawing skills. Taught by professional watercolorist Constance Manley, a signature member of the South Carolina Watermedia Society.

$100 / $80 for members. Ages 15 and up. Some painting experience is preferred but not required. Please bring a reference photo(s) to work from; all other materials and equipment provided.
