Matt's Going Away Run

Did you hear? I'm moving! My family and I are headed to Stumptown, Rose City, Rip City, PDX... also known as Portland, Oregon. A new adventure for us is just around the corner.

For my last long run, I'm going to loop around the Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross-Country Course from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, July 20th (tentatively). My plan is to go further than 100km, which is the longest I've ever gone on the XC Course. All are welcome to join me for one loop, five loops, half a loop, or all day long.

Well-wishes will be accepted. If so inclined to (no pressure), I will accept fuel for my long run and long drive in the form of GU Energy Labs gels and gas cards (Kwik Trip or ExxonMobil). Seeing all your faces is what I'm looking forward to the most.
