Join us for a vibrant, nature-filled afternoon as we welcome the Grand Rapids Audubon Society for a special presentation all about birds of different colors and what those colors can tell us. From brilliant blues to glowing golds, you’ll learn how bird colors can help with camouflage, attracting mates, and more!
After the presentation, the fun continues with a stuff-your-own bird buddy workshop, inspired by the Build-A-Bear experience! Each participant will get to choose and stuff their own plush bird friend to take home. Choose from:
🦃 Butterball Turkey
🦆 Fuzzy Ducky
🪿 Goldie Goose
This program is perfect for bird lovers, nature enthusiasts, and anyone who enjoys a bit of hands-on fun. All ages welcome! To sign up, please visit the library or call us at 616-681-9678. SIGN-UP IS REQUIRED. SIGN-UPS OPEN ON MONDAY, MAY 19 @ 12 PM.
