Mommy and Me Yoga

Led by Master Level Yoga Instructor Sammi Knowles. Bring your little ones for a fun-filled yoga class that fosters strong bonds and encourages mindfulness. Enjoy learning how to allow your child to play around and on you, while improving flexibility and strength together!

Fee is $5. Please bring a yoga mat to share with your child. Age range is infants up to 7 years old!
