Multi-talented artist Joey Clift joins us for this July edition of the Heard Museum’s Virtual Art Talks!
Register for our lunchtime talk featuring Cowlitz Indian Tribal Member, Joey Clift. He’s written for many shows and projects including Spirit Rangers on Netflix, New Looney Tunes on Cartoon Network and Molly of Denali on PBS. He also wrote and directed Gone Native, a Comedy Central digital series about the racial microaggressions Native American people often deal with. His award-winning short films have screened everywhere from Just For Laughs to The Smithsonian Museum. In this Virtual Art Talk, we will take a deep dive with Joey to learn about his inspiration, creative process, and his approach to discussing tough topics through the use of humor.
