Level: Intermediate/Advanced Blooms in Fluid Art! The bloom is an advanced fluid art technique that includes three different paint recipes for each layer, using a blowdryer/spinner to create gorgeous cells and lacing. This class includes a handout of products used and paint guide. We will complete 4-6 art pieces of varying sizes from 8” to 16” rounds and squares. Advanced techniques include larger blooms, deconstructed blooms, bloom swipes and using dry pigments to elevate metallic shimmer in your bloom colors. Previous experience with the Bloom technique is recommended. (See the Beginner Bloom Workshop).
BRING: a hairdryer with a nozzle attachment. Travel hairdryers work best. You will get paint on it – so plan accordingly. Supplies are provided, please pay supply fee to instructor via cash, check, zelle or Venmo.
Supply Fee: $100 to instructor covers all materials for the workshop
