7:00 am - Participants welcome to begin arriving. Breakfast concessions open

7:30 - 8:30 am - Day of registrations accepted at announcer’s booth

9:00 am - Opening welcome at main ring. First event starts

12:30-1:30 pm - Lunch Break, concessions available

1:30 - 2:00 pm - Games begin

4:30 - 5:00 pm: Officials review times, award end of day prizes.
