Guided Hike & Book Discussion: OYO: An Ohio River Anthology
The Trimble County Public Library is excited to partner with Payne Hollow on the Ohio for a guided hike and book discussion featuring OYO: An Ohio River Anthology. Edited by Don Wallis and illustrated by Harlan Hubbard, this collection highlights the history, culture, and natural beauty of the Ohio River through essays, poetry, and artwork.
During our hike, we’ll pause to reflect on and discuss the passages that speak most to us, connecting the words on the page with the living landscape around us.

Meeting Location: Trimble County Public Library (carpooling to Payne Hollow suggested/parking is limited)
Registration: Please call 502-255-7362
Book Pickup: Copies of the selected readings will be available for pickup at the library. Please collect your copy by June 7.
Recommended for: Adults
Please Note: The trail at Payne Hollow is rugged in places. Sturdy hiking shoes or boots with good traction are strongly recommended. Don’t forget to bring water and anything else you might need for a comfortable outdoor experience.
