You will need to have completed Level 1 to join in with Level 2.
In level 1 the emphasis is on self healing and growth.
You will receive four attunements to help you remember that you are, and always have been Reiki.
In Level 2 you will be shown the Reiki symbols Sei Hay Ki for emotional and mental healing and Hon sha ze sho nen to use for distant healing. You will receive another attunement.
You will be taught the five principles to assist you in keeping mindfulness and setting the intent.
You will be given the first symbol, Cho Ku Rai. You will be shown hand positions so that you can treat yourself and others.

Be grateful and humble,
Do my work with appreciation,
Be kind to all living things.
Each of the levels will be shown to you over one day. Some people may already know they want to learn both levels, whilst others may want to complete Level 1, then leave time before contemplating Level 2. This is a personal choice and you will feel which is best for yourself.
Case studies, keeping a 28 day diary is part of the work. With the achievement of Level 2, this will allow you to become insured and to work as a practitioner offering Reiki treatments to clients. The start of a new career.
I am offering Reiki training at an investment of £197 for Level 2.
