Introduction to Bread Making

Come and join one of our small bread classes where we bake a range of real bread. In our Introduction to Bread Making class we make a white dough, learning a range of kneading and shaping techniques. We make soda bread, run through a no knead recipe and learn how to plait a loaf! We even have time for a break for tea/ coffee and home baked treats, and lunch. You take all of your bread home, along with the recipes.
