Weβll gather around the fire with intention and sisterhood, writing letters to burn, shouting into the dark, howling, crying, laughing, whatever your heart and body need. There will be other activities for those who crave a hands-on, primal release.
Then, weβll soften into silence with calming meditation, breath, and stillness. ππ»πΏπ§ββοΈ
And when the fire has done its workβ¦
