This yoga weekend will start on Friday at 6pm with soup and finish on Sunday at lunch time (lunch included). You can arrive earlier to Samye Ling to get settled and enjoy the surroundings.
The activities for this weekend are designed to support mental health and cultivate unconditional self-love.
We will practise asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breath work), meditation and journaling. All meals included in the prices quoted bellow.
