Fungal Action: Earth to sky – Insights talk

This one-hour talk will dip into the world of fungal mycelium communications and their mechanisms of action, take a glimpse at fungal computers and their possible role in environmental management, and consider fungus-forest complexes and their links with climate change.

The speaker is Reg Harris, a volunteer guide [botany] at Wellington Botanic Garden.
Reg delivers botany lectures for diverse audiences, delving into plant interactions, adaptive radiation, tropisms, and more. As a dedicated volunteer guide at Wellington Botanic Garden (WBG), he pioneered collaborations between WBG and Victoria University, organizing annual field labs for biology students.
