Calm Body, Clear Mind brings together the deeply supportive practices of breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra - each one carefully chosen to help regulate your nervous system, quiet the mind, and nourish your whole being.

Through mindful movement and supported rest, you’ll learn how to shift from ‘doing’ into simply ‘being’ - inviting ease, clarity, and deep inner calm. Expect a slow, spacious, and nurturing environment where your body can soften, your breath can deepen, and your mind can settle.
