Food Preservation Class: Pressure Canning Basics

The cost of each class is $15.00 and is due when registering. Each
class will be limited to 20 participants.
Food preservation requires careful preparation to ensure food
remains safe during storage and will be high quality when served.

*Pressure Canning Basics: attendees will actively participate in
preserving food using a traditional pressure canner and an electric
pressure canner.
