Full Moon Beach Yoga

Join us for an evening of nourishing movement, Moon Landing Yoga, under the "Full Moon" we'll breath in the sea air as we explore our inner Yogi.

A Journey rather than a class, where I will guide us towards, melding our minds, bodies, and souls. All skill levels welcome, even newcomers to yoga.

Plenty of free parking, just steps away from our practice, near Bathroom Pavilion on Gulfport Beach.

Bring a water bottle, large beach towel or small sheet, and an open mind and heart. Namaste, Albert.
