Amy Tarrant from Meditate Detroit will lead you through a basic introduction to mindfulness.
In this 75-minute session you will have the opportunity to experience 2 different meditations. Amy will discuss the brain research and benefits of practicing mindfulness, the history and what the big deal is all about.
