Monthly Meeting with Special Guests Plantsages- "Planting Out Your Fall Garden with Yummy Edibles"

Monthly meeting of the Umatilla Garden Club with special guest speakers Shannie and Yuvraj Khamare of Plantsages. They are a horticulture educational duo, who grow, sell and teach about Ayurvedic plants from edibles like bitter melon to medicinal herbs like butterfly pea. They combine their expertise to create video and written content about growing your own healthful food. Featured in Herbs Quarterly Magazine, Edible Orlando, The Whole Seed Catalog, Humans who Grow Food and more.

Doors open at 9:30AM. Enjoy refreshments and social time with other gardeners, bring plants and seeds from your garden to swap, and visit our merch table for gardening items and raffle tickets (cash or checks only, please). Program starts at 10am. Plantsages will also be bringing rare, edible plant starts from their nursery to sell.

Our meetings, held at the Umatilla Public Library the second Saturday of every month from August-April, are always free and open to the public. We invite you to come and grow with us!
